I try to bring about an emptiness that isn't sentimental - i am interested in formal elements of line, tone and colour and how these elements create and negate space

Photography for me is both an end in itself but also a process. It helps me to see but stops me from feeling (seeing). It creates space through disrupting scale. It crops extending unseen borders infinitely.

I live in the city therefore I look for landscapes - flat empty spaces.
